This occurs when the end user loses access to a particular key in the Windows Registry.
It can occur due to virus, by changing the user right of a perticular user on a pc.
FIRST SOLUTION
a) Click on Start.
b) Type regedit in the start search and click Enter.
c) Navigate the registry (path given below)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Windows
